Flair Writing: Reappoints ASA & Associates as Internal Auditor

Flair Writing Industries Ltd reappointed M/s. ASA & Associates LLP as Internal Auditors for the FY 2026-27, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The board also approved and considered the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, recommended a final dividend of 10% i.e., ₹ 0.50 per equity share, and re-appointed Mr. Mohit Khubilal Rathod and Mr. Sumit Rathod as Whole-time Directors for a term of 5 years effective from April 01, 2027.
