Flexituff Ventures Appoints S.N. Gadiya & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Flexituff Ventures International Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. S.N. Gadiya & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. The appointment is effective from September 8, 2026, as per the engagement letter. S.N. Gadiya & Co. is a well-established firm with extensive experience in statutory audit, taxation, and financial advisory, having been in practice since 1983. The firm has prior experience auditing listed entities. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and relevant master circulars. The firm has confirmed it has no relationship with any director of Flexituff Ventures.
