Fourth Generation Information Systems Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting is in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from January 01, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
