Puretrop Fruits Announces Management Changes

Puretrop Fruits Ltd announced significant changes in its management following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 7, 2026. Mrs. Nanita Ashok Motiani has been re-appointed as Whole Time Director for two years from April 1, 2027. Mr. Saikiran Saladi has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for two years, effective August 7, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Pradeep Katyal and Mrs. Sharada Iyer have been re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years each, effective August 9, 2026. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The company also noted that Mrs. Nanita Motiani is the wife of the Managing Director, Mr. Ashok V Motiani.
