Frontier Capital Ltd Sets AGM Date, Share Transfer Books to Close

Frontier Capital Ltd announced that its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 8, 2026, at 3:30 PM via video conferencing. The share transfer book and register of members will be closed from September 1 to September 8, 2026, inclusive, for the AGM. The Board of Directors, in a meeting on August 13, 2026, also approved un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. CS Shilpa Mahesh Bandre has been appointed as a scrutinizer for the AGM. The company is also focusing on enhancing its Net Owned Funds (NOF) to comply with RBI requirements.
