FSN E-Commerce Ventures Appoints New Statutory Auditors

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 19th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. The current auditors, M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, will continue their services until the conclusion of the 14th AGM. The board meeting where this decision was made took place on July 23, 2026.
