FSN E-Commerce Ventures Appoints New Statutory Auditors

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd announced a change in its statutory auditors following a Board Meeting on July 23, 2026. M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP have been appointed as the new statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 14th AGM until the 19th AGM. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. The current auditors, M/s S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, will continue their audit until the conclusion of the 14th AGM, completing their tenure.
