Fujiyama Power Systems Re-appoints Auditors for FY27

Fujiyama Power Systems Limited announced the re-appointment of its auditors following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 13, 2026. Mr. Rohit Garg has been re-appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. Additionally, M/s. Chandra Bhushan Kumar & Co. will continue as the Cost Auditor, and M/s. Raghav Bansal & Associates have been re-appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five financial years from 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. The board also considered and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
