Fundviser Capital Appoints M. A. Shah & Co. as New Statutory Auditors

Fundviser Capital (India) Ltd announced the proposed appointment of M/s. M. A. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This change comes as the current auditors, JMT & Associates, Chartered Accountants, will complete their second consecutive 5-year term at the conclusion of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2026. M. A. Shah & Co. will serve for a term of 5 years, from the conclusion of the 41st AGM in 2026 until the conclusion of the 46th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval. JMT & Associates will continue their role until the conclusion of the upcoming 41st AGM.
