Futuristic Securities Ltd has announced a Board Meeting on January 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held at the company's registered office. In compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
