RRP Semiconductor Ltd Appoints New Statutory Auditor

RRP Semiconductor Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 20, 2026. The Board accepted the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditor due to geographical constraints. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board proposed the appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates as the new Statutory Auditor for a term of five years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:00 p.m.
