G R Infraprojects Appoints Additional Director

G R Infraprojects Ltd's Board of Directors, in its meeting on May 11, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Ashwin Agarwal as an Additional Director designated as Whole Time Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The board also re-appointed Mr. Rajan Malhotra as an Independent Director for a second 5-year term, and appointed Mr. Ajendra Kumar Agarwal as Chairman. Mr. Desh Raj Dogra ceased to be a Director after completing his term. Additionally, M/s Rajendra Singh Bhati & Co. were appointed as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
