G R Infraprojects Subsidiary Executes ₹91.6 Cr MMLP Concession Agreement

G R Infraprojects Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fourwrd MMLP Varanasi Private Limited, has executed a concession agreement with Varanasi MMLP Limited. The agreement is for the Development, Operation, and Maintenance of a Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The project is valued at ₹91.60 Crores (excluding GST) and will be executed on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) basis. The construction period is one year from the appointed date, followed by a concession period of 45 years, including the construction phase.
