Ganges Securities Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Ganges Securities Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the company. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026, for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives. This announcement was made by Vijaya Agarwala, Company Secretary ACS, on March 27, 2026.
