Gem Aromatics Appoints Secretarial Auditor, Reappoints Internal Auditor

Gem Aromatics Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 23, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. RANK & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s. N. L. Bhatia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a term of five years starting FY 2026-27.
