GKB Ophthalmics Ltd. Announces Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025, Challenges Rs. 8.82 Crores Order

GKB Ophthalmics Ltd. announced the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's revenue from operations stands at Rs. 436.10 lakhs for the quarter and Rs. 1,924.23 lakhs for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company is challenging a recovery order of Rs. 8.82 crores passed by the Labour Commissioner, Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Panaji, Goa. The voluntary liquidation of the company's subsidiary, GSV Ophthalmics Private Limited, has resulted in a recovery of Rs. 11.70 crores, out of which Rs. 7.95 crores has been received till December 31, 2025, and the balance was realized subsequently. An amount of Rs. 69.72 lakhs has been received as a residual share of equity in the form of deemed dividend.
