Globus Constructors Invests ₹65 Lacs in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of up to ₹65,00,000 (₹65 Lacs) in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP. This investment involves acquiring a 51% partnership stake from Mr. Amitabh Tandon, a non-executive director and partner in the LLP. Transtech Punjab CBG LLP is engaged in the business of generating Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and fermented organic manure. The transaction is considered a related party transaction and is conducted on an arm's length basis. The investment aims to generate Bio Fuel such as Compressed Natural Gas.
