Globus Constructors Invests ₹65 Lacs in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of up to ₹65,00,000 (₹65 Lacs) in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP. This investment involves acquiring a 51% partnership stake from Mr. Amitabh Tandon, a non-executive director of the company. Transtech Punjab CBG LLP is engaged in the business of generating Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and fermented organic manure. The transaction is considered a related party transaction and is being conducted on an arm's length basis. The investment aims to generate Bio Fuel such as Compressed Natural Gas. The completion of the investment is subject to shareholder approval.
