Globus Constructors Invests ₹65 Lakhs in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP

Globus Constructors & Developers Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of up to ₹65,00,000 (Rupees Sixty-five Lakh Only) in Transtech Punjab CBG LLP. This investment involves acquiring a 51% partnership stake from Mr. Amitabh Tandon, a non-executive director of the company and a partner in the LLP. Transtech Punjab CBG LLP is engaged in the business of generating Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) and fermented organic manure. The transaction is considered a related party transaction and is conducted on an arm's length basis. The investment aims to generate Bio Fuel such as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) using conventional methods and agri biomass waste.
