GMR Power: Inter-se Share Transfer Completed

GMR Power and Urban Infra Ltd announced the completion of an inter-se transfer of 7,45,56,604 equity shares between GMR Enterprises Private Limited and GMR Estate Management Private Limited. This transaction, involving approximately 9.55% of the total share capital, was completed on June 16, 2026. Following this transfer, GMR Estate Management Private Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) now hold a combined 24.91% of the company's total share capital, as per the disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
