Go Digit Reschedules 10th AGM to August 18

Go Digit General Insurance Ltd has announced the rescheduling of its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) from August 6, 2026, to August 18, 2026. The meeting will now commence at 4:00 P.M. IST and will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also provided updated e-voting instructions and enclosed the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY2025-26. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is August 11, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from August 14, 2026, 9:00 A.M. IST to August 17, 2026, 5:00 P.M. IST.
