Go Digit Reschedules 10th AGM to August 18

Go Digit General Insurance Ltd has announced the rescheduling of its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) from August 6, 2026, to August 18, 2026. The AGM will now commence at 4:00 P.M. (IST) and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also provided updated e-voting instructions and enclosed the Annual Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR). The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is August 11, 2026. Remote e-voting will be open from August 14 to August 17, 2026.
