N P Agrawal Acquires 1.99 Cr Shares in Godawari Power via Transmission

N P Agrawal has acquired 1,99,11,155 equity shares of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited (GPIL) through transmission from the late Mrs. Madhu Agrawal on August 17, 2026. This transmission results in N P Agrawal's shareholding increasing from 3.48% to 6.43% of the total share capital. The total promoter group shareholding remains unchanged at 42,52,55,795 equity shares, representing 63.18% of the paid-up capital. The diluted share capital stands at 69,41,43,996 equity shares.
