Godrej Properties Ltd announced the re-designation of Pirojsha Godrej from Whole-Time Director and Executive Chairperson to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairperson, effective August 14, 2026. This change is part of a planned generational transition, coinciding with his assumption of the Executive Chairperson role at Godrej Industries Limited and Chairperson of the Godrej Industries Group. He will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of Godrej Properties but will continue to provide strategic guidance. The re-designation is subject to shareholder approval.
