Goyal Aluminiums appoints 2 independent directors, reconstitutes committees

Goyal Aluminiums Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting on April 17, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Pushpa Joshi and Mr. Saurabh as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors. These appointments are contingent on shareholder approval. Following the resignations of Mr. Bishamber Nath Mehra and Mr. Amit Agarwal, the company also reconstituted its key Board committees. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been re-formed, with Ms. Pushpa Joshi and Mr. Saurabh appointed as members to these committees, effective April 17, 2026.
