Grasim Appoints Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Joint Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors. This appointment was approved by shareholders at the 79th Annual General Meeting held on August 21, 2026. The auditors will serve for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 79th AGM until the conclusion of the 84th AGM in FY 2030-31. This move is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
