Grasim Industries CPVC Resin Plant in Gujarat Commences Commercial Production

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced the commencement of commercial production at its CPVC Resin manufacturing plant located in Vilayat, Gujarat. This facility, established in collaboration with Lubrizol Advanced Materials India Private Limited, has a planned capacity of approximately 50,000 metric tonnes per annum. The company stated that this development is a significant step in strengthening its downstream chlor-alkali derivatives portfolio and enhancing domestic manufacturing capabilities under the 'Make in India' initiative. This follows the inauguration of the plant earlier.
