GIPCL Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results, Awards ₹239 Cr Contract

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd (GIPCL) announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) for the first quarter of FY 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. The board also approved the notice for the 41st Annual General Meeting and the Board's Report for FY 2025-26. A significant development was the awarding of a contract worth ₹239.25 Crores to M/s. Bondada Engineering Limited for a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Vadodara, subject to GUVNL consent. Additionally, various committees were reconstituted.
