Gujarat Inject Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Gujarat Inject Kerala Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s. S N D K & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditor. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members. The new auditor will replace M/s. S. Mandawat & Co., whose second term is expiring at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The appointment of S N D K & Associates LLP is effective from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be for a term of five financial years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31. M/s.
