GSFC: S. V. Varma Resigns as ED (Agri Business, HR & IR)

Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GSFC) announced the resignation of Mr. S. V. Varma, Executive Director (Agri Business, HR & IR), effective from the close of business hours on April 28, 2026. Mr. Varma, designated as SMP, resigned to pursue opportunities outside the organization after serving the company for over 35 years. He joined GSFC in 1990 and held various key positions, including Head of Plant Maintenance and Agri Business Department. He has also been appointed as Managing Director of Indian Potash Limited.
