GSFC Declares Un-audited Q1 FY27 Financial Results

Gujarat State Financial Corporation (GSFC) announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s J.H. Mehta & Co. The results, which are subject to limited review, were also reviewed by the Audit Committee. GSFC is primarily engaged in term lending, with all activities revolving around this core business, meaning there are no reportable segments as per AS-17. The company has a pending request to the Gujarat government to waive interest on a soft loan granted in 2012.
