Gujarat Themis Biosyn: Promoter Group Acquires 2.38% Stake

Sachin D. Patel, a promoter of Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited, intends to acquire up to 2.38% of the company's equity shares from Themis Medicare Limited. The transaction, valued at approximately ₹100 crore, involves an inter-se transfer within the promoter group. The acquisition is scheduled between June 30, 2026, and July 3, 2026. This move is exempt from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, as the acquisition price is within the permissible limits of the volume-weighted average market price.
