Harikanta Overseas Appoints Jain Shrimal & Co. as Statutory Auditor

Harikanta Overseas Ltd has approved the appointment of M/s. Jain Shrimal and Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditor. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. A.H. Jain & Co. The new auditor will serve from August 25, 2026, until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Furthermore, the Board has recommended the appointment of M/s. Jain Shrimal and Co. for a consecutive five-year term, commencing after the 8th AGM and concluding after the 13th AGM, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Jain Shrimal and Co. is an established firm with over four decades of experience in audit, taxation, and financial compliance.
