Harrisons Malayalam Appoints New Chairman, Designates Senior Management

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd announced key management changes following a Board meeting. Mr. Corattiyil Vinayaraghavan has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board from August 13, 2026, to October 1, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Cherian Manamel George as Whole Time Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 49th Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Mr. Bhabesh Chandra Das and Mr. Aneesh B.S. have been designated as Senior Managerial Personnel. The company also re-appointed M/s. Shome & Banerjee as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Board meeting also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
