Harrisons Malayalam Ltd: Management Changes and Auditor Re-appointment

Harrisons Malayalam Ltd announced key management changes following a Board meeting. Mr. Corattiyil Vinayaraghavan has been appointed as Chairman of the Board from August 13, 2026, to October 1, 2026. The company also designated Mr. Bhabesh Chandra Das (General Manager - Rubber Operations) and Mr. Aneesh B.S. (Senior Manager - HR) as Senior Managerial Personnel. Additionally, M/s. Shome & Banerjee have been re-appointed as the Cost Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report.
