Hazoor Multi Projects Appoints Ajay Jain as CFO

Hazoor Multi Projects Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ajay Jain as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective October 09, 2026. This follows the resignation of Mr. Samir Mahendra Desai, whose cessation as CFO was effective September 30, 2026. The company also appointed Ms. Nikita Singh Rajawat as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Mr. Jain brings over 28 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, treasury management, and taxation across various sectors.
