Hazoor Multi Projects Appoints New CFO and Company Secretary

Hazoor Multi Projects Limited announced key management changes following its Board Meeting on October 9, 2026. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Samir Mahendra Desai as CFO, effective September 30, 2026. Subsequently, Mr. Ajay Jain was appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 9, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Nikita Singh Rajawat was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, also designated as KMP, effective October 9, 2026. Mr. Jain brings over 28 years of experience in finance, while Ms. Rajawat has over 3 years of experience in company law and SEBI regulations.
