HB Portfolio Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on 13th February 2026 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. In accordance with Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has informed the trading window closure for designated persons and their immediate relatives until 15th February 2026, 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
