HCL Technologies Appoints Jacob Christian Dahl as Independent Director

HCL Technologies Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Jacob Christian Dahl as an Additional Director to hold office as an Independent Director on the Board. His term is for five consecutive years, effective July 13, 2026, to July 12, 2031. The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Dahl, aged 62, brings nearly four decades of experience in banking and financial services, including significant roles at McKinsey & Company and as an Independent Director at Danske Bank. He has also been co-opted as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
