HCLTech Appoints Jacob Dahl as Independent Director

HCL Technologies Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Jacob Christian Dahl as an Additional Director to hold office as an Independent Director on the Board. His term will be for five consecutive years, effective July 13, 2026, to July 12, 2031. This appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Dahl brings nearly four decades of experience in banking, financial services, strategy, and business transformation, having previously held senior roles at McKinsey & Company and currently serving as an Independent Director at Danske Bank. He is not related to any existing director of HCLTech. His appointment as an Independent Director will require shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Dahl has also been co-opted as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
