Hemisphere Properties India Ltd to Approve Q4 FY2025-26 Financial Results on Jan 28, 2026

Hemisphere Properties India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on January 28, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the board meeting. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of the financial results.
