Hero MotoCorp to Invest ₹300 Cr in Netherlands Subsidiary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd's Board of Directors has approved an additional investment of up to ₹300 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, HMCL Netherlands B.V. This investment will be made in one or more tranches over the next two years. The funds are intended for further investment into HMCL Netherlands B.V.'s subsidiaries, HMCL Colombia S.A.S. and Hero MotoCorp Do Brasil Ltda. These subsidiaries are involved in the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of two-wheelers and related parts. The board also considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
