HFCL Ltd Approves New Data Center Connectivity Facility

HFCL Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the establishment of a new manufacturing facility for Data Center Connectivity Products. The facility will have a capacity of 2,70,000 assemblies per annum and an estimated capital outlay of ₹215 crore. This expansion is driven by the significant global demand for data center connectivity products, fueled by AI, hyperscale data centers, and cloud computing. The facility is expected to be commissioned by September 2027 and will be financed through a mix of internal accruals and debt. The Board also approved the un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, on standalone and consolidated basis.
