H.G. Infra appoints Vikas Jain as new CFO; Rajeev Mishra moves to IR

H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has announced significant changes in its Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management. Mr. Vikas Jain has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 18, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Rajeev Mishra has ceased to be the CFO as of June 17, 2026, and has transitioned to the role of Head – Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs, designated as Senior Management Personnel, from June 18, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Sanjay Bafna, Head – Accounts, will no longer be categorized as Senior Management Personnel as part of an organizational restructuring, though he remains an employee. These changes are effective from June 18, 2026.
