Hi-Tech Pipes FY26 Revenue up 37% to ₹4,200 Cr; Q4 Revenue up 102%

Hi-Tech Pipes Ltd. announced its Q4 and FY26 audited financial results. For FY26, annual revenue grew 37% to ₹4,200 Cr, supported by a 10% surge in sales volume to a record 5,32,437 MT. Total comprehensive income increased 5% to ₹76.58 Cr, and annual EBIDTA rose 8% to ₹173.85 Cr. Q4 FY26 saw revenue jump 102% to ₹1,480 Cr and sales volume grow 27% to 1,47,125 MT. Q4 EBIDTA was up 33% to ₹46.32 Cr. The company maintained a healthy balance sheet with a Debt-to-Equity ratio of 0.18%. Management highlighted resilient performance, operational efficiencies, and a focus on value-added products. Hi-Tech Pipes aims for 2 million tonnes capacity by FY29, with key strategic projects underway, and remains optimistic about industry demand from infrastructure and construction sectors.
