Sameer Hiremath Appointed CMD of Hikal Ltd at 38th AGM

Hikal Ltd shareholders have approved the appointment of Mr. Sameer Hiremath as Chairman & Managing Director for a five-year term, effective October 1, 2026. The approval was granted at the company's 38th Annual General Meeting. Shareholders also approved the audited financial statements for FY2025-26, a final dividend of Rs. 0.40, and the re-appointment of Mr. Sarangan Suresh as Executive Director. The company also announced the commencement of commercial production of Personal Care products at its new facility in Gujarat and highlighted its EcoVadis Gold Medal rating for sustainability.
