BirlaNu Ltd: NCLT Hyderabad Approves Scheme of Amalgamation with Clean Coats Pvt Ltd

BirlaNu Limited (formerly HIL Limited) announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Clean Coats Private Limited (Transferor Company) and BirlaNu Limited (Transferee Company).
