Sical Logistics: Pristine Logistics Merges, Shareholding Changes

Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Limited has disclosed a change in shareholding in Sical Logistics Limited following a merger. Pristine Malwa Logistics Park Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, merged with Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Limited. Consequently, all assets and liabilities, including investments in Sical Logistics, were transferred to Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Limited. This transaction resulted in Pristine Malwa Logistics Park Private Limited's holding of 5,85,72,399 shares (73.41%) becoming Nil, and Pristine Logistics & Infraprojects Limited's holding increasing to 5,85,72,399 shares (73.41%). The merger was approved by the Regional Director, Northern Region, under the Companies Act, 2013.
