Anupam Misra Joins Hindustan Copper as Chairman & Managing Director

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) announced the joining of Shri Anupam Misra as its new Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) effective July 1, 2026. The appointment is in accordance with an order issued by the Ministry of Mines, Government of India. Shri Misra, previously Director (Marketing) at Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT Ltd.), brings over 33 years of experience in marketing, international trading, and B2B environments, with a focus on industrial raw materials. He is not related to any existing board members or key managerial personnel and is not debarred from holding directorships. His tenure is set until his superannuation on February 28, 2030, or until further orders.
