Hindustan Copper Appoints Madhumita Daolagupu as Independent Director

Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has appointed Smt. Madhumita Daolagupu as an Additional Director, serving as a Part-Time Non-Official (Independent) Director on its Board. This appointment is effective from August 14, 2026, and will continue until the company's next Annual General Meeting. Smt. Daolagupu brings 37 years of experience in teaching, administration, and financial management, having previously served as Principal of Haflong Government College, Assam. She is not related to any existing board members or key managerial personnel and is not debarred from holding a director's office. This appointment is in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
